Christina Wong

RMT
ART and Shockwave Certified

Christina is the owner of REN Massage and Wellness. While working in a holistic health clinic for 5 years, Christina's interest for the practice grew as she saw the benefits and positive effects it had on clients. After studying a Bachelor of Commerce at Grant MacEwan for 2 years, and managing a health and wellness clinic for 3 years, Christina developed a strong interest in helping people heal through manual therapy. Christina's passion for business and health led her to open REN Massage and Wellness in 2015. Christina received her 1250 hr massage training from Makami College in 2011 and her 2200 hr advanced training from MH Vicars in 2013. She is also certified in Active Release Techniques for upper and lower extremities and Shockwave therapy. She specializes in therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatal, and hot stone massages, as well as Novalash eyelash extensions and facial services. REN is a little clinic with a BIG heart. We care!

Hue Hoang

RMT, BSc.

Hue is a graduate of a Western-Eastern Integrated Massage Therapy Diploma, from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CITCM). Specializing in Orthopedic massage, Hue believes that with proper assessments, treating the original source of postural dysfunctions and chronic pain stemming from previous injuries, occupational hazards, and daily habits, will allow each client to heal that much more effectively. In addition to Orthopedic massage, Hue is also trained in Acupressure, Chinese Tui Na massage, Gua Sha, Cupping, Auricular Ear Therapy, and Thai reflexology. With a Western-Eastern integrative perspective, Hue provides a comprehensive, balanced, and precise treatment tailored to each client's condition.

In the meantime, Hue is continuing her studies in Calgary at CITCM, pursuing the Acupuncture and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diplomas, and a Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dr. Hana Yu

BSc, MSc, MD, CCFP

Dr. Yu is a family physician who trained at the University of Alberta for her medical school and Family Medicine residency.  She also studied Human Biology, Health, and Society from the Cornell University, NY, and finished her Master's degree in Experimental Surgery from the University of Alberta.

Apart from providing cosmetic and therapeutic Botox, she works out of both urban and rural clinics/hospitals.  She enjoys the variety of work she does as a family physician, including Botox treatments.  While she believes that aging is a beautiful process, she also believe that the desire to look attractive and youthful is very natural.  She hopes to help those who desire to maintain their youthful look.

Botox is also used for various medical conditions, such as migraines, hidradenitis suppurativa, and bruxism.  These conditions can be debilitating and devastating.  Botox can be a great option for these conditions when the conventional first-line treatments have failed.

She looks forward to counsel patients on whether Botox would be a good treatment option for their individual goals.
